We use USPS and offer three types of shipping: Ground, 2 Day Priority, and Overnight.

Ground shipping is offered at a $3 flat rate in the US. If you order 3 or more products, US shipping is free. Expect delivery in 2-5 days, although we try to get all orders out the next business day.

USPS 2 Day Priority provides 1-2 day delivery to most US addresses. (Please note Priority Mail is not guaranteed.)

Overnight shipping guarantees overnight shipping to most US addresses. Orders may take 1 days of processing before they are shipped.


We currently do not ship internationally, but plan to soon.



If you would like to return or exchange any of your unused purchases (defined as products where the battery activation strip has not been removed) please contact us at  (hello@brittsclips.comwithin 30 days of purchase date with a description of why you are returning or exchanging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to BrittsClips. Orders older than 30 days may not be returned.  Used purchases (battery activation strip removed) may not be returned due to bodily hygiene / hair / lice concerns.


We are very sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact, and we will address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include a photo in an e-mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All sales and promotions are not applicable to previous purchases. 

Reuse/Recycle: We try to limit our impact on the environment by reusing packaging whenever we can. Please recycle your shipping materials. We do not provide a print out of your receipt to save paper.
